Yuno's artistic practice spans diverse media, incorporating metal, resin, ceramics, and acrylic paints. Her creations, including paintings and sculptures, are inspired by the emotions and gap between childhood and youth.

She graduated from Kyoto University of Art and Design with a major in Integrated Arts in 2018. Yuno also took part in a short-term study program at the Royal College of Art in London in 2017 and joined the Kandu Museum Exchange Research Residency Program in Taiwan the same year. Notable exhibitions include the solo show "When I'm small / 小さかったころ" at Tomio Koyama Gallery in 2021, as well as group exhibitions like the "CAF Award Selected Works Exhibition" at Daikanyama Hillside Forum in 2017, the "Group Blue Age Biennale" in 2019, and "Kyoto Perspective" at ANB Tokyo in 2021.

2018年京都芸術⼤学⼤学院美術専攻総合造形領域修了。2017年ロイヤル・カレッジ・オブ・アート（ロンドン）短期留学。2018年関渡美術館交換派遣研究員レジデンスプログラム（台湾）に参加しました。個展に「When I’m small / 小さかったころ」（小山登美夫ギャラリー、2021年）、主なグループ展として、「CAF賞⼊選作品展覧会」（代官山ヒルサイドフォーラム、2017年）、「群⾺⻘年ビエンナーレ」（2019年）、「Kyoto Perspective」（ANB Tokyo、2021年）、があります。

幼年期と青年期の間に横たわるギャップ、感情をベースに、金属や樹脂、陶芸、アクリル絵具など多様な技術と素材を使用し、絵画や立体など幅広いメディアで制作を行っています。

Akane explores ceramics as empty vessels, creating fictional tools that convey impressions of historical events. By comparing kiln transformations with ancient minerals and artifacts, she questions time's nature and visibility. Her clay works resemble ancient weapons, evoking a fragmented history.

Saijo graduated in 2014 from the Ceramic Art field at Kyoto City University of Arts. In 2020, she received recognition from Kyoto City as a special encouragement recipient for arts and culture. Notable exhibitions include "Tainai Chakai" in Kyoto (2021), "Ishizuka Genta + Saijo Akane by ARTCOURT Gallery" at CADAN Yurakucho, and "Transgressing Craft" at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art in Kanazawa (2019). Additionally, she displayed "Taboo no Muneirei" at Wacoal Study Hall in Kyoto.

陶磁器を空の器として捉え、それらを使って架空の道具を創り出し、歴史的な出来事の印象を伝えることを試みています。窯での材料の変化を古代の鉱物や遺物と比較することで、アーティストは時間の本質とその可視性に疑問を投げかけます。粘土作品は古代の武器を思わせ、断片的な歴史を呼び起こします。


2014年京都市立芸術大学大学院美術研究科工芸専攻陶磁器分野修了。20年度京都市芸術文化特別奨励者認定者。主な展覧会に、21年「胎内茶会」（京都市営地下鉄醍醐車庫）、「石塚源太+西條茜by ARTCOURT Gallery」（CADAN有楽町）、19年「越境する工芸」（金沢21世紀美術館）、「タブーの室礼」（ワコールスタディホール京都）。

Alvarado’s practice takes an intuitive approach and is informed by memories of home. She is inspired by colors and advertisements found within the urban environment, toys, trinkets, ornamentation, and with her own relationship with the subconscious mind. As a result, her sculptures manifest autobiographical forms, figurines, and abstract vessels. She has exhibited throughout Los Angeles and Mexico including at Jeffrey Deitch, Club Pro (Los Angeles) and Gamma Galleria (Guadalajara).

Badal views paintings as fragmented yet complete windows, manipulating aerial images to distort depth and distance perception. Through mapping and diagrammatical systems to create order, Badal explores familiar but mundane places with a focus on psychology and human absence. Her exploration of the commonplace transforms it into intricate patterns, echoing the recurrence and harmony observed in nature.

Badal received her BFA from The Cooper Union in New York in 2013. Recent exhibitions include In Lieu, BozoMag, 12.26 West, and One Trick Pony in Los Angeles, Ex Ovo in Dallas and Rockaway Artist Alliance in New York.

Jenny Hata Blumenfield is a ceramic artist, designer, and curator with a rigorous commitment to the field of Ceramics. Her work subverts existing tropes of the feminine identity, Japanese craft, and the duality of meaning through the lens of playful symbolism. 

Blumenfield graduated with Honors from The Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Ceramics and has exhibited in venues including The Hole in New York City; Mana Contemporary in Jersey City, New Jersey; The Craft Contemporary in Los Angeles, CA; and Fisher Parrish Gallery in Brooklyn, New York. She recently was invited to speak as a panelist for the Asia Society in Tokyo, Japan and was a recipient of the Anderson Ranch Artist in Residence Ceramic program.

Through her art Hernandez considers questions of spirituality and tradition. Pulling from her own personal beliefs and experiences to engage with Latin American migrant communities as a whole, she creates ceramic works which investigate the notion of sacred objects. Apparently abstract in appearance but nonetheless suggestive of natural forms and textures, Hernandez’s art questions cultural customs through the subversion of expectations and the subtle allusion to the familiar within alien forms.

Hernandez graduated from UCLA in 2019 and has exhibited widely throughout California and Mexico. Solo shows include Dispierta at Harkawik Gallery in Los Angeles, with Group Shows at Various Small Fires in Los Angeles (2022), Emilio Donde No.10 in Mexico City.

Shinshi's art captures the eternal essence of time and the cyclical nature of matter, inspired by rounded stones molded by nature's hand as they journey through riverbeds. Her paintings portray the continuity of time and transformative processes that leave enduring imprints on matter, symbolizing life's fleeting moments. Extracting lines from the stones, Misa infuses her art with their intrinsic memories, using colors drawn directly from these stones and their places of origin. Through her work, she fosters a harmonious connection between her senses and the timeless essence of nature, inviting viewers to contemplate the perpetual rhythms of life and the universe while embracing a profound unity with the natural world.

自然の手によってできた丸い石をインスピレーションにして、時間の永遠の本質と物質の循環を捉えています。彼女の絵画は、時間の継続性と物質に刻み込まれる変化のプロセスを描写し、命のはかない瞬間を象徴しています。石から抽出した線は、彼女の芸術に独自の記憶を注ぎ込み、石自体とその起源の場所から直接引き出した色彩を使用して作品に表現します。彼女の作品を通じて、自然の永遠の本質と共鳴しながら、生命と宇宙の永遠のリズムを思索するよう観る者に招き入れ、自然界との深い結びつきを感じることができます。

Nekpenekpen's sculptures depict figures that challenge scale and boundaries, symbolizing an interplay between the vast cosmos and the earthly clay. Inspired by dreams and cinema, their work delves into themes of identity, belonging, and the commodification of art. These sculptures defy the binary of high and low art, drawing from diverse pop-cultural references to create a dynamic and boundary-pushing artistic expression. Through a process of handbuilding and embracing imperfection, Nekpenekpen's figures come to life as a passionate assembly, embodying the essential nature of interdependency and love.

Recent exhibitions include Toothache, a solo exhibition at Oddark, Los Angeles (2019), as well as groups shows including HU at Real Pain Fine Arts, Los Angeles (2020); Terra Firma: Foreign Lands at Murmurs, Los Angeles (2020); Centre Of the Core at Deli Gallery, New York (2020); Speech Sounds at More Pain, New York (2020); VIVID curated by Sonya Sombreuil as part of Made in L.A. 2020 at the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles (2020); The Struggle for Change, Murmurs, Los Angeles (2020); Transmissions at Insect Gallery, Los Angeles (2019). Nekpenekpen recently completed a BFA at California State University, Long Beach in Ceramics, and forthcoming projects include a solo exhibition at More Pain, New York in September 2021.

Pirouzmand's artistic interest focuses on the interaction between the human body as a receiver/viewer and as an activator/performer, with the materials’ qualities often serving as a method of communication between the two. She expresses her ideas through mediums such as sculpture, installation, video, and performance art. She received her BFA from the California Institute of the Arts and is a current MFA candidate at the University of California Los Angeles.

Trained in calligraphy since the age of six, Saori Kunihiro is known for creating conceptual paintings in the form of hanging scrolls - taught by a third-generation scroll maker - to provoke the outdated traditions in Japan. By reclaiming the narrative that outdated traditions should be turned upside down, she invites viewers to question their own beliefs and traditions and why they follow them. Saori has been in many traditional calligraphy exhibitions and has been a part of the “ART SHODO FESTA 2020” in Tokyo, Japan; “The ultimate line” Solo Exhibition in 2020 in Kyoto, Japan; The Paris and Kyoto Joint Project “Savoir-faire des Takumi” in Kyoto, Japan.

３歳頃から書道を学び、三代目の掛け軸作り職人に師事した国広さおりは、概念的な絵画を掛け軸の形式で制作し、日本の時代遅れの伝統に疑問を投げかけています。陳腐化した伝統を覆すべきだという物語を再取得することで、鑑賞者に自らの信念と伝統、それらをなぜ追従しているのかを問いかけます。国広さおりは多くの伝統的な書道展に出展し、日本・東京で行われた「ART SHODO FESTA 2020」、また京都での「The ultimate line」個展、そして京都で行われたパリとの共同プロジェクト「Savoir-faire des Takumi」にも参加しています。
